"...Much prayer much power" - E.M. Bounds
Daily Office Prayer
As Anglicans we are privileged to have a rich tradition of common prayer in the daily offices of Morning and Evening Prayer. We pray together in these ways on rotation at The Gathering (Wednesday nights) and on other special occasions.
We believe in the need for revival in our world, country, state, city, and even in our own church. We also believe that we are called to be missional in our prayers for the evangelization of all peoples. We pray together in this way on rotation at The Gathering.
Intercessory and Healing Prayer
God calls each and every Christian to intercede in prayer for the needs of others. It is God's delight to work through our prayer. We believe that God still does miraculous healing through prayer in our present day!
Every Sunday during Holy Communion, we have teams of intercessors ready to pray for you if you have any need of prayer or of healing. We also have intercessors praying throughout the week for the various requests of our congregation and community.
"Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." -Galatians 6:2
Pastoral Care Team
Our pastoral care team is comprised of 4+ lay ministers who help care for the needs of the congregation in partnership with the clergy and the vestry.
Fr. Peter offers pastoral care in life and death situations, new births, pastoral counseling, and upon request. The vestry members share the privilege of bringing Holy Communion to those who are unable to come to the worship service.
