Welcome to our Youth Camp Hub!

I am so glad that you are considering joining us this summer for youth camp. It is our hope that we can spend this summer diving deeper as a group spiritually and solidifying our relationships with one another. This year we are going to Glorieta for our camp. In order to prepare well, please follow the different steps below to make sure you have all the necessary information filled out and available to you for camp.

STEP 1: Sign LifeWay Waiver

Click on the button below to be directed to the website for the LifeWay waiver. This is different than the Living Faith Waiver and will need to be signed/filled out in addition to the Living Faith one. Use the Registration ID number below and it should auto fill in the church information.

Step 2: Fill Out LFY Forms

In order to make sure Living Faith has all the information we need for camp, we ask that each student fill out their own registration form for camp activities, and that we have an up-to-date waiver.

Step 3: Glorieta Guest List

In addition to the Lifeway information that Lifeway needs, we also need to fill out the information for Glroieta. Glorieta is a cashless camp and will also need you to put money in the account for your students to use. If you do not want to do this, you can always send them up with a gift card or banking card to use. They do accept cards there. Students will be expected to manage their own funds/methods of payment.

Step 4: Make Payment to Living Faith

Living Faith is responsible for the payments going to Glorieta and making sure that all those payments are submitted on time. You have three options for how we take the payments:

  1. Write a check with “Youth Camp” in the memo line.

  2. Pay online through the links below. (If you pay online, please make sure to identify somehow who the payment is for)

  3. Pay in cash by putting in an envelope with your name on it, the name of the students it is for, and “Youth Camp” somewhere on the envelope.

Payments for camp are due no later than MAY 22nd! If none of these methods work, please feel free to reach out so we can work with you on how to pay.

Step 5: Ensure you have all you need before the camp

In order to prepare for camp well, we want to make sure you have any other forms you might need. If you do not see what you need on here, please feel free to reach out so we can get you the information you need.
